Texas Tires #9

Amazing service The manager goes above and beyond and the young lady she is always so sweet and willing to help. Also they gave me a great deal for my wheels and tires and free alignment. Thank you guys! Will be back

Store manager was a like a nice guy. However, I sent part numbers and pictures of the rims I wanted for my dually rims and tires. The wheels were supposed to be ordered in chrome. Black is what got ordered. I reluctantly agreed to just use the black ones. The tires went bad in 6 mo, and I had my 2 rear dually wheels on the drivers side came completely off while driving down the interstate bouncing into oncoming traffic. The wheel studs were fine, not a thread messed up. However all the lug nuts were gone. Tire smashed this lady’s car, dented my truck in several spots, and then when I called Texas tires they made me pay for a replacement rim for the damaged rim. But at a “discount.” …

Donny was awesome along with his crew I'm very happy with my rims and tires I will be a long time customer thanks again!!

Just got new wheels and they look great. Very great customer service. Even helped me figure out a problem with my tires to have addressed by another shop. I will be coming again.

I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but that particular rim did not fit my truck. The guys took their time and were patient with my choosing speed. They placed a few rims by the truck, and decision made. Lift, new rims and tires and alignment, extremely pleased with the look. The crew really took care of me and cared about the end product. Great job guys!!
