Express Lube & Car Care

Got in quick. My inspection failed. I was advised what I needed to do. Drove to dealership to get correct gas cap. I drove back to Express. They re-checked, even put the new gas cap on and my truck passed. In and out both times in a short per of time!

Brought two of my cars in for state inspections. Jimmy and Jason were kind, efficient, and professional. They conducted the inspections, identified some potential maintenance needs for both vehicles, but didn't push when I said I would wait. I left feeling both informed and respected. I appreciate their work ethic.

I went to a place called 5 something… I thought it was 5 min but it must have been 5 hour. I waited for close to two hours to be informed they did not have my filter. I then came here! They had me in and out with 30 minutes and made me feel welcome and appreciated. Most importantly the service was excellent and the price was even better! Thank you! I will be back, you earned my business moving forward!

Jimmy offered to put on gloves before even getting in my car. He pulled it in and both him and his associate asked me about my day and made small talk- it wasn't overbearing, but enough to make me feel appreciated for choosing their business for my service needs. They were polite and very professional as well. This isn't something you'd expect from an express oil change on the side of the highway. The service provided was exceptional, and it was easy to see the team respects their manager and…
